We’re not here to push strict diets or rules just real, flavorful meals that fit your lifestyle. Whether you’re working long hours, feeding a family, or simply tired of fast food, we bring back structure, balance, and peace of mind one plate at a time.

About the Owner
Plated & Prepared was built from the belief that good food shouldn’t be complicated. I started cooking to help people eat better, feel better, and still enjoy real flavor not bland diet meals or fast food. Every plate that leaves my kitchen is made with care, the same way I’d cook for family.

All meals are prepared fresh and may vary slightly from the images shown. We reserve the right to modify menu items, prices, and delivery schedules at any time without prior notice.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through our online platform. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
4. Delivery & Pickup
We currently serve select areas in Florida, including Tampa Bay, Brooksville, Spring Hill, and New Port Richey.
Delivery times may vary based on demand, traffic, and weather conditions. You will receive a confirmation with your estimated delivery window before drop-off.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery day. Once meal preparation begins, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.

7. Allergies & Dietary Preferences
While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen may handle ingredients containing common allergens such as nuts, soy, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before ordering.
